Tasting notes:

There are 57 rocks at the Los Robles Estate in the Colchagua Valley, and they represent the organic and biodynamic character of this quintessential example of Carmenere. Deep ruby-purple in hue, the wine has dark blackberry and Victoria plum fruit, with accents of coconut, leather, red capsicum and mint. Full bodied, the palate flavours are balanced by lively, citrussy acidity and linen textured tannins. A mouthwatering finish points towards a spicy Moroccan tagine as a pairing.
