This lovely piece of packaging drew much excited commentary from the judges for the quality of the execution, notably the beautiful silk screen printing and embossing, and elegant matt finish on the capsule. They liked the fact that only the main brand graphic is in white, and admired the whole package for being “a technical achievement”. Bold and distinctive, the design was deemed carefully thought through, as well as brave, luxurious and disruptive, especially in the Greek wine category. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
