A fine, affordable, pale, dry, peachy rosé that’s not from Provence, this pink wine from the Languedoc is a real find. Expect plenty of ripe orchard fruit, some richness to the mid-palate, and then a fresh edge, along with a fine, chalky texture, which together create a mouthwatering finish. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
