Tasting notes:

Château Sainte Marguerite is one of only 18 estates to hold the 1955 cru classé designation in Provence, and the only one to be 100% organic and vegan. This wine, created in 2017, is from the historic estate vineyard. Very pale peach in hue, the light-bodied, almost dry wine shows crisp acidity framing red berry and white cherry fruits, and crushed yellow rose and leesy notes. Sappy, savoury, with good definition and length, the wine will form a perfect complement to a platter of sashimi. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
