Each of Andreola’s rive wines is from a single micro-climate, where soil and altitude express terroir. This example is pale lemon-green with persistent bubbles, showing yellow plum, green apple and white peach, with accents of fresh yeast and limestone-clay minerality. Brut nature in style, the light bodied, pristine palate displays crisp acidity and creamy mousse texture.
