On the palate, it reveals a deep ruby color with muted, restrained red fruit characteristics, exhibiting an elegant and delicate structure that is somewhat atypical for Cabernet. The flavour profile is enriched with spicy dark berries and ripe cherries, alongside floral notes and a touch of vanilla.
