Tasting notes:

The Hill vineyard stretches across a hill to the south of Magré at approximately 220m–250m altitude with a high clay content. The wine is pale yellow-hued and exhibits yellow plums, peach and pink grapefruit, with an undertone of thyme. Just dry, the midweight palate is well-defined, and supported by fresh acidity and a hint of spice adding interest. A very good pairing is grilled whitebait with a squeeze of lemon and lightly-herbed mayonnaise. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
