Aromas of roasted coffee, milk chocolate, and a hint of seaweed, are complemented by enticing notes of blackcurrant, bramble, and red pepper. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied structure characterised by mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackberry and black cherry, underscored by a generous presence of ripe cassis and vanilla. The wine is dry with bracing acidity and finely woven linen tannins, alongside a warming alcohol that lends depth and complexity.
