Tasting notes:
A wonderfully complete expression of fine sparkling wine, this late-disgorged single-harvest fizz from House of Arras is rich in aged notes of hazelnuts and coffee beans, and even a touch of old fireplace, but then has this linear-fresh character too, with firm, fine bubbles, zesty citrus, and a chalky dryness that lingers long after swallowing.
