Showcasing the age-worthiness of fine fizz from Tasmania is this 2006 museum release from House of Arras. Fully mature, but bursting with energy, there is an array of tertiary characters, from grilled nuts to burnt sugar, pastry crust and roasted coffee, as well as a tangerine and a touch of grilled lemon on its bone-dry and crisp finish.
