Tasting notes:

A fine and mouthwatering Syrah from Switzerland, this expression offers a Hermitage-like red from the Valais. So expect plenty of peppercorn, ripe red fruit, from cherry to plums, olives to blackberries, then some background toast and vanilla, along with firm, fine, mouth-coating tannin. A classic, if fully ripe, Syrah that’s just starting to mature, but has a long life ahead of it.  (Patrick Schmitt MW)
