Tasting notes:
A very bright nose, more red than black fruit, with raspberries, redcurrants, pepper and hints of rosemary, sage and garrigue herbs from the Shiraz overlaying the Cabernet’s blackcurrant. Initially slightly reserved, it opens out to display good depth and concentration, bright fleshy fruit and warming alcohol. Very structured. (Siobhan Turner MW)
