Tasting notes:
A bright, fresh nose presents a surprising contrast with the bronze colour. There’s a glorious florality to it, with roses, violets, chamomile and hints of honeysuckle. On the palate it has appealing white stone fruit, crisp acidity and a dry finish. It is textural, with a hint of umami on the finish and a silkiness that yet has a bit of grip.
