The wine has a slightly oxidative nose that reveals notes of bruised apple, caramel, and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it is lively and engaging, showcasing flavours of baked apple and pear, complemented by a frothy mousse and a chalky finish. The intensity is impressive, with a well-balanced structure, although the fruit is beginning to fade slightly. The expressive aromatics are enhanced by tart green apple and subtle oak toasting, which adds a delightful spice and depth.
