Tasting notes:
Designed by the Delevingne sisters and produced with them by Foss Marai, this wine has substance and character. Pale baby-pink in hue with persistent bubbles and a frothy cordon, the wine exhibits strawberry and raspberry fruit, with accents of crushed red roses and gentle yeast autolysis. Off-dry, the perfumed palate is light-bodied, its flavours framed by racy acidity and satin mousse texture. Savoury and lingering on the finish, the wine will be a perfect foil for steamed Chinese rice pancakes stuffed with gently spiced crab meat. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
