Tasting notes:
I think if I’d ever had a lemon and raspberry brioche, it would have tasted of this delicious wine. Crisp, with a hint of apple and peach, but that wonderful fresh raspberry, zesty lemon and complex yeastiness give a fabulous nose. The palate finds the lemon and peachiness, with fresh, zingy acidity. Precise and elegant, rich in the mouth, with a long finish. (Siobhan Turner MW)
