On the palate, it reveals a medium-dry profile with mid-high acidity and a mid-light body, balanced by moderate alcohol. The flavour is marked by pithy apple notes, leading to a somewhat short finish. Despite its relatively understated presence, there is an appealing twist of lemon juice that adds vibrancy to the finish.
