Tasting notes:
There is a powerful mousse and the colour is a very pale lemon. The wine is light in intensity, showing great purity, with predominant lemon and lime aromas. Just off-dry with a lovely bounce of acidity, the palate is lively and linear. It has a decent length right through to the crisp finish. (Jonathan Pedley MW)
