Tasting notes:
The wine is paleish lemon in colour with a powerful mousse. The nose is youthful and of moderate intensity. There are attractive peach and apricot notes, along with a sprightly sherbet character. The palate is medium-dry, although vibrant acidity provides balance. The overall texture is light and fresh. Citric notes lead through to a zesty finish. (Jonathan Pedley MW)
