Hailing from the unusually cool and late 2013 vintage – that is, by modern standards – is this fully mature yet deeply refreshing prestige cuvée from the brilliant house of Henriot. Deeply coloured and richly flavoured, it’s juicy, honeyed, with dried apple, then roasted nuts, grilled lemon coming through, followed by citrus zest and drying chalk dust on the mouthwatering finish.
