This blanc de noirs is 100% Pinot Noir and includes 50% of reserve wines. Mid-gold in colour with a tight cordon, the wine has plenty of wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry and pomegranate, with floral and toasty notes giving complexity. Brut-style, the mid-weight palate shows nicely defined flavours balanced by brisk acidity and velvet mousse texture. A layered, textural wine to pair with wild mushroom fricassée.
