Tasting notes:
Definitely a Pinot Noir-focused wine, with intense raspberry and cherry aromas, and just a hint of lemon and apple on the nose. It is very interesting, quite toasty and definitely still young. Lively, the finish has more of the lemon and peach coming through, moderate intensity and lots of layers – long, with a powerful mousse. (Siobhan Turner MW)
