Tasting notes:
A surprisingly delicate wine, with a very enticing nose of cream, puff pastry, peach, apple and a hint of lemon. On the palate it has really good length and depth, and an appealing purity of citrus fruit. The mousse is well-integrated, and the finish is long. This is a very classic and stylish wine, and a very good price for a vintage blanc de blancs of this quality. (Siobhan Turner MW)
