A young wine company, developed by Ermenegildo Giusti in 2004 with a few hectares of Dal Col vineyard owned by his wife’s family, Giusti Wine has grown to 75ha, and produces red and white wines, as well as this gorgeous Prosecco from Asolo. Very pale lemon-hued with a broad cordon and tiny bubbles, the aromatics show yellow plum, peach and mango with a touch of fresh bread. Extra-brut in style, the light-bodied palate has lemony acidity, well-defined flavour, velvet mousse texture and good length. Perfect on its own or with ‘croccante’ (almond brittle).
