On the nose, the wine has enticing notes of leather, tobacco, and coffee, intertwined with ripe black fruits and a hint of mocha. The palate is dry and showcases good flavour definition, marked by a well-balanced interplay of brisk acidity and linen-like tannins. While there is an attractive core of ripe black pastille fruit, the wine also exhibits a stalky green character that adds a layer of complexity.
