Tasting notes:
On the nose, the wine has a clean and toasty profile, with inviting aromas of oatmeal, vanilla, and subtle spice. The palate reveals a medium-bodied structure, characterised by high acidity that balances its warm alcohol content. Flavors of ripe peach and melon emerge, complemented by a distinct phenolic grip that adds a layer of complexity. While the wine is predominantly dry, it exhibits a slight bitterness on the finish, enhancing its overall character.
