Tasting notes:

A delightful wine from the pretty 2015 vintage. Pale yellow-gold in hue with persistent streams of tiny bubbles, it shows green apple, raspberry and quince fruit with toasted almond and lime zest undertones. Very dry in style, the palate is refined and intense, with quite racy acidity and a brittle-textured mousse. Understated and elegant, and suited to beluga caviar, or smoked salmon canapés.
