Tasting notes:
The word I repeated over and over in my note for this wine was “elegant”. On the nose it has a subtle, yeasty, biscuity aroma, with complex layers of peaches, pink grapefruit and cherries. The palate is crisp and elegant, with at the same time real depth and concentration, and a remarkably long finish, maintaining that elegance despite the power. Absolutely gorgeous, utterly delicious.
