Tasting notes:
A fine rosé, albeit with a somewhat-high price tag, this Piper Heidsieck pink fizz is one to try. Like the maison’s other Champagnes, there’s a smoky edge to the aromatics and taste, like charred bread, even burnt matches, allied to ripe apple and white cherry, before finishing with a fresh, slightly chalky edge.
