Tasting notes:
On the nose, the wine has intriguing notes of smoky spice and pepper, accompanied by stewed red fruits and a hint of orange zest. The palate is medium-bodied, showcasing finely grippy tannins that impart a refreshing quality. Flavours of red and dark berries, alongside subtle hints of white pepper and cedar wood, culminate in a slightly drying finish. While the fruit expression has faded somewhat, notes of plum and cherry stone add complexity.
