Tasting notes:

The Princes range, including this impeccable rosé, was resurrected from the Champagne that Joseph de Venoge created to honour the Princes of Orange. Pale gold with just the barest hint of peach, the wine has plenty of raspberry, strawberry, cranberry and griotte, with a hint of fresh bread. Extra-brut in style, the mid-weight palate displays red and yellow fruits and a hint of creaminess, supported by brisk acidity and linen mousse texture. Nicely balanced and with good length, this will be a good match for elegant fishcakes with lemon and parsley cream sauce. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
