The wine has no pronounced autolysis, the wine is generously laden with fruit. On the palate, a gentle breadiness emerges, complemented by vibrant notes of white cherry and ripe apple, all underpinned by a chalky freshness. The fine mousse is both forthright and elegant, introducing a refreshing sour apple bite that lingers. The finish presents a slight sourness, with chalky, almost chewy phenolics that add complexity.
