Tasting notes:
This wine, with a substantial number of bottles per annum, is a very good reason to reassess Moët. Pale lemon-green in hue with tiny bubbles, it displays orchard fruits accented by buttery croissant autolysis. Extra-Brut in style, the light-bodied, focused palate has good intensity of flavours framed by crisp acidity and creamy mousse texture. A lovely vintage expression, which will pair nicely with roast cod in a couscous crust. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
