Tasting notes:
Sourced from six grands crus on the Côte des Blancs, the wine was aged on the lees for eight years. Pale lemon-yellow in colour, it has white flower, pear and citrus, with spice and pastry overtones. Extra-brut in style, the linear, refined palate is framed by crisp acidity and vigorous mousse, and shows salinity on the finish. Concentrated and balanced. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
