Tasting notes:

A bastide established in 1830, set among old plane trees and vines, Château des Demoiselles is located in the Esclans valley below the rugged Provençal hills. Organically produced since 2022 under the direction of Aurélie Bertin, this flagship wine shows a pale peach-pink hue, and red and black fruits with an herbal garden overlay. Nearly dry, the mid-weight palate has dense concentration and racy acidity, with a spicy, white pepper note. A perfect match for Thai dishes. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
