The wine is harmonious and developing, offering pure red fruit notes that include attractive strawberry and raspberry, complemented by hints of cherry juice. While it is dry with high acidity, the light body and moderate alcohol create a pleasant drinking experience. The palate reveals a delightful combination of succulent cranberry and subtle peach, with a rather phenolic texture. Although there is minimal autolysis, the well-integrated acidity enhances the wine's overall appeal, culminating in a creamy mousse that carries the vibrant fruit flavours.
