Tasting notes:
This outstanding wine has a very pale lemon-green hue with tiny bubbles and an expressive golden and green apple aroma, accented by fresh yeast and lemon blossom notes. Extra brut style, the palate is linear with very crisp acidity and brittle mousse texture. Youthful and will benefit from further ageing, the wine nonetheless is pristine and elegant now. A good match for sole amandine accompanied by steamed green asparagus. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
