Tasting notes:
A Cabernet-dominant red featuring a seasoning of native central European grapes, this Austrian wine offers a unique take on a Bordeaux blend. While there’s plenty of intense blackcurrant fruit, mixed among the typical Cabernet flavours are notes of black olive and peppercorns, cherry and chocolate, with a coconut character on the finish. Texturally, this wine is rich, fleshy, yet dry and refreshing. (Patrick Schmitt MW)
