Tasting notes:
A classic Cabernet Franc nose, with violet and morello cherry aromas, plenty of minerality and some orange zest and cedar. The palate is lively and interesting, with warming wintery fruit, hints of prune, vanilla and liquorice. It is delicious and enticing, and surprisingly refreshing, with a fantastic texture and long finish. (Siobhan Turner MW)
