Tasting notes:
A deep and intense wine, with ripe plums and wild berries on the nose, plus a hint of apricot and a touch of slatey minerality. The palate is lovely, with fleshy red berry fruit enhanced by dark chocolate, black cherries and a spicy finish. The tannins are very fine-grained, almost plush, but with a freshness that keeps it true to Cabernet Franc. Gorgeous. (Siobhan Turner MW)
