Tasting notes:
A lovely, lemony-dry, refreshing blanc de blancs from the reliably good Rothschild label. Benefitting from 10 years’ ageing, it also features some subtle honeyed notes, a touch of dried apricot, hazelnuts and then a zesty, chalky finish, with the cleansing bite one would expect of an extra-brut.
