Tasting notes:
Pale salmon-coloured with fine bubbles and a narrow cordon, the lovely aromatics comprise white and red cherries overlaid with notes of toast and crushed rose petals. Brut-style, the palate is light-bodied with crunchy berry and pomegranate fruit, and creamy notes supported by lively acidity and satin mousse texture.
