Tasting notes:
From grapes grown in the high altitude vineyards of High Eden at 460m–510m, Gatt produces pristine Rieslings. This wine, pale lemon in colour, shows apricot fruit overlaid with orange and lemon blossom nuances. Dry, the light-bodied palate has high extract and very fresh acidity framing the well defined flavours. Lingering, with a hint of petrol on the finish, the wine will match seared skate cheeks with a herbed white wine sauce. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
