Tasting notes:
A very youthful version of Gatt’s High Eden Riesling from grapes grown at altitudes above 500m overlooking Eden Valley itself, this wine exhibits a pale lemon-green colour and a super-fruity aroma and flavour, with lemon-lime, white peach and white cherry with a rose petal nuance. Bone-dry with firm, zesty acidity, the palate is intense and grapey, although light in body and linear in style. Sappysavoury on the finish, the wine will match seabass carpaccio.
