Tasting notes:

The bright coral pink colourattracts you to a glass that hasplenty of oak spice overlayingsubtle red berry fruit. On thepalate the oak is still noticeable,but with crushed strawberry fruit and ahint of creaminess, rounded with quite anelegant mouthfeel. The oak will soften intime, and the fruit feels as if it will last.This has a long, savoury finish, and willbe a very versatile wine. It’s a rosé withpersonality, asking to be drunk withdinner.
