Tasting notes:
Strawberries and cream on the nose, with layers of vanilla and a hint of coconut.The palate is rounded, with warming alcohol and the Carignan providinggrippy tannins. This is both fresh and full, with fig, damson, dark morellocherries and a hint of salty tar on the finish. This will be an amazing food wine –I’d go for roast suckling pig. (Siobhan Turner MW)
