Orlando Wines carries on the legacy of the Gramp family’s Orlando vineyard, established in 1874 in Rowland Flat, Barossa Valley. This wine, from a high-altitude vineyard in Eden Valley, exhibits a pale lemon colour and white peach fruit, accented by orange blossom and creamy custard notes. Dry and light-bodied, the palate shows the high extract typical of Riesling, balanced by racy acidity and lemon zestiness. Youthful, this is a good match for sole meunière. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
