The Letter Series is selected from parcels of the top-performing Brancottvineyards to produce an exceptional wine, harmonious and reflecting theunique Marlborough terroir. This example, very pale lemon-green in colour,shows green apple and nettle fruit, with hedgerow, acacia honey and flintyaccents. Dry, the flavours are nicely defined and balanced by crisp acidity,with real vigour on the finish. A mid-weight wine delicious with vegetariandishes, such as buckwheat stir fry with kale, white beans, leek and creamygoat’s cheese. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
