Pronounced nose with toast, vanilla and cedar overlaying lemon, appleand freshly-cut grass, with a hint of stone fruit from the touch of Picolit.The palate is dry, with juicy freshness and an appealing minerality. Thefruit and spice is seamlessly integrated, textured and beautifully balanced,with a long finish. This is an elegant and ageworthy wine – one for thetable, rather than a simple aperitif.
