Jacquart is a high-quality, small cooperative,founded in 1964 by 30vignerons to establish a new,forward-looking house. In 1968Jacquart acquired mosaics from 6Avenue de Mars in Reims – hence thename of this well-respected Champagne.Pale lemon-green in colour with tightstreams of small bubbles, the wine showswhite peach, apricot and green apple fruitwith croissant overlay and a floral note.Brut-style (9g/l residual sugar), the palatehas crisp acidity, light body and linentexturedmousse with a lemon zest liftleading to a savoury finish.
